Garlic Butter Shrimp with Potatoes

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

Wild caught shrimp

Russel potatoes (other potatoes work)

Seasonings:

Minced garlic

Sea salt

Black pepper

Cayenne / minced Habanero pepper (for spice *optional)

Olive oil

Butter

Steps:

  1. Wash shrimps thoroughly for a few times. Dry them with napkin. Set aside.

  2. Brush the potatoes skin for a few times so dirt can come out. Cut them to 1-inch cubes.

  3. Put olive oil onto a pan under medium-high heat. Put the potatoes in once the pan is ready. Add sea salt and black pepper. Cover with a lid and cook for 4-7 minutes or until half soft. Make sure there is enough oil so the skins are not stuck on the pan.

  4. Add the shrimps and minced garlic in. Add butter, sea salt and black pepper. Add cayenne or Habanero pepper if you want a spicy taste to it. Close the lid and cook for another 4-6 minutes.
