I had back pain and bad posture combined with very low strength. I started with Janita around a year ago. She is extremely knowledgeable about posture and spent nearly 2-3 months fixing my posture. This resulted in balance between my left and right side of the body. It also improved my flat back and my back started to arch (as it should). We also did weight training, and the focus was to build strength. Fast forward to today I can bench, squat and lift 5x more than what i could do before. My strength has dramatically improved, and my back pain is non-existent. Would strongly recommend Janita as a personal trainer.

I signed up for a training package with Janita. She is an amazing trainer, listened to all my injuries on day 1 and the goal I wanted to achieve in 3 months, provided a custom plan , remembered every minute detail n gradually helped me strengthen in every session so I have no side effects and provided great alternative exercises, stretches for the ones I struggled. Overall it was perfect and considering to go again to step up to the next phase. One more highlight of her training, she was empathic n always took the extra mile to make me get better n feel better.
Janita has been my personal trainer for 4 months now. She is very responsible and patient; she pays huge attention to my technique and form and willingly guides me when my movements are not to standard even outside of our session time. I never knew how personalized personal training can be. To me Janita is the best trainer!

I trained with Janita, and I'm glad I have! Janita is personable and attentive, which made it easier to tell her about the problems I was having. I like that she she adjusts our training depending on my condition for that day. Not to say she pushes me just enough to get the right results. I'm in the greatest shape of my life and I haven't had any shoulder pains since I started. Highly recommend.
I signed up for training with Janita to get back in shape and also address some ongoing pain in my knees and hips. She did a full evaluation and really identified how we could work to get my body back to a better state. Since working with her, I have very little pain and a plethora of stretches/resources to relieve what remains. I have become so much stronger with her guidance and she has pushed me to do exercises I didn’t think I was capable of. 10/10
