Our functional training method at TAO Movement consists of everything you need whether your goal is to be pain-free, lose fat, build strength, improve sports performance, anything.

01
FOUDATION
This is where we address your muscle imbalances, postural syndromes, or any other pathology identified from the postural assessments. In this phase, you will do active stretching and mobilizations to stretch your tightened/shortened muscles. This phase brings your body back to balance so you can function more efficiently during your daily activities, which decreases your level and gives you the energy to do things you love.

STABILITY
In this phase, you build on your foundation by strengthening your stabilizers (core, hips, shoulders complex) and working on the inner unit. Not only does a functional core give you great aesthetics, it is in fact one of the best way to prevent chronic pain and injuries. Improved joint stability allows our prime movers (muscles that provide the primary force doing the movement) to be recruited more which helps reduce injuries and enhance sports performance.

STRENGTH
This is your resistance training. In this phase, you will use free weights to build your strength upon your stability. Our inner unit now is able to support the outer unit for heavy, strong lifts. With this phase you could fight off any potential bone pathalogy and will build a healthier body and stronger mind that are well-equipped to fence off daily stress in your life.

ENDURANCE
This last phase consists of a series of exercises that aim to improve your strength endurance. We incorporate more dynamic movements with lighter weights and less rest intervals to keep your heart rate up. This phase helps you burn fat, tone up, and build the perfect physique you wish for.
